Forbes new 10 Richest Americans

As a whole these billionaires are still down from 2008  but they have all made some kind of gain since the economy took to the bridge and jumped.  These recession proof billionaires are the 10 richest Americans as of today.

  • No. 1:  Bill Gates, Microsoft – $54 Billion

Bill, Mr. Gates if your nasty, has been on the Forbes Richest List 17 years in a row.  He’s donated $28 billion of his riches.

  • No 2:  Warren Buffet, Berkshire Hathaway – $45 Billion

Just a shy $9 billion away from Bill Gates, Warren Buffett plans to give 99% of his wealth to charity.

  • No. 3:  Larry Ellison, Oracle – $27 Billion

  • No. 4:  Christy Walton & Family, Wal-Mart – $24 Billion

Wal-Mart.. what more can we say.  Any place you buy a gun and some butter all in the same building is bound to make some money.

  • No. 5 (tie): Charles and David Koch, Koch Industries – $21.5 Billion

Brothers duo are owners of the 2nd largest private company in the U.S.  They bought out their other 2 brothers in 1983 for $790 million.  Business is business, bruh. *shrugs*

  • Nos. 7, 8 and 9:  The rest of the Wal-Mart clan – Jim Walton, $20.1 Billion; Alice Walton, $20 Billion; S. Robson Walton, $19.7 Billion

  • No. 10:  Michael Bloomberg, Bloomberg LP – $18 Billion

Empire State of mind… America’s richest politician, Mayor Bloomberg.

Get that money.
